Charlotte is a Solicitor in our Reading office. Charlotte advises on both employment and business immigration law and provides advice to both individuals and corporates on a broad range of workplace issues. Charlotte also has experience dealing with Employment Tribunal litigation.
Charlotte studied History at the University of Warwick before going on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Bloomsbury where she obtained a commendation and distinction respectively. Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in September 2016. Prior to joining Doyle Clayton, she was a trainee solicitor at a firm in Reading where she spent a year working in their employment department. Charlotte advises both corporates and individuals and has experience assisting with a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including all aspects of Employment Tribunal litigation, settlement agreements, employment contracts and day-to-day workplace issues, including grievance and disciplinary procedures. During her training she developed a particular interest in discrimination and unfair dismissal related disputes.
Charlotte complements her employment practice with business immigration work, including assisting clients with right to work checks, sponsor licence applications and sponsoring migrant workers under the points based system.
