Elena is an Associate based in the firm’s City office, specialising in corporate and commercial law, advising both businesses and individuals.
Elena is dual qualified and has experience in advising on M&As, private equity transactions, investments and general corporate governance, for national and international corporate clients, SMEs, start-ups and financial investors across a range of sectors, such as technology, insurance, property, financial services, retail and food and beverage. She also has experience in advising on a broad range of commercial contracts.
