Catherine is a solicitor advising on UK immigration law and other UK in-bound immigration related matters for personal and private clients. She has over 7 years' experience in the legal industry, first joining Doyle Clayton in 2015.
Catherine has experience in personal immigration, business immigration and employment law. She qualified into the firm’s personal immigration team in 2023 and assists with advising both individual clients and organisations on a broad range of UK immigration matters. Catherine works with international businesspeople, senior executives and Founders providing help with applications under the UK Expansion Worker (Global Business Mobility), Global Talent routes and Tier 1 (Entrepreneur).
She also has significant experience in complex family and private life matters to settlement and British citizenship applications under a variety of routes. Catherine has also worked on Home Office refusals under different immigration categories, with particular reference to visitor visas. Many of the cases Catherine works on are time sensitive and require strategic and creative thinking whilst being sensitive to the client’s individual needs.
Catherine’s work in business immigration includes applications under the Tier 2 (General)/Skilled Worker, PBS Dependant and Graduate routes. She is also experienced with assisting on Sponsor Licence applications and renewals and providing advice on Right to Work checks, sponsor compliance and general business immigration guidance.
