Aisling is a solicitor advising both employers and individuals across a wide range of employment law.
She provides support for individuals and employers on the full range of contentious and non-contentious matters, across a range of sectors, including technology, finance, and retail.
She assists clients with a broad range of employment tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing, and is experienced in drafting employment contracts, policies/handbooks ,and in negotiating and advising on settlement agreements. She also provides day-to-day support to HR professionals on a variety of employment law issues.
Aisling trained at an international law firm in Dublin and is dual qualified in Ireland and England & Wales. She is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
