Amandeep graduated from the University of Manchester. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 having completed her training contract at DLA Piper UK LLP. Amandeep joined Doyle Clayton in 2016.

Amandeep advises employers of all sizes and across a wide-range of sectors, from multinationals and PLCs through to start-ups and owner manged businesses.  She advises on a full remit of both contentious and non-contentious employment issues.  

These range from complex discrimination cases, handling difficult dismissals, disciplinary and grievance processes, drafting contractual documentation to providing strategic and commercial advice on business reorganisations and restructures.  She also represents Senior Executives and Directors in complex exit negotiations.

Amandeep has a proven track record in the Employment Tribunal where she has successfully defended a number of unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.
