Taskforce Set Up to Assess Holiday Pay Ruling
Vince Cable has announced that he is setting up a taskforce to consider the impact of the EAT's ruling that non-guaranteed overtime must be included in holiday pay calculations.
The taskforce, which comprises representatives from government and business, will discuss how it can limit the impact on business. The group will convene shortly to discuss the judgment.
