Doyle Clayton Celebrates 25 years

Another successful year

As we approach the end of 2022 and look back and reflect on what has been another successful year for the company, we also celebrate 25 years as an organisation. A lot has changed since we launched in 1997, when we quickly established ourselves as a specialist employment firm, and the company has continued to evolve and adapt accordingly to where we now have over 80 employees, supporting clients across multiple services.

We have developed a team of highly skilled and specialist lawyers who aim to provide the highest quality of service to clients, and our efforts continue to be rewarded with Chambers and The Legal 500 directories rating us highly, both at a company and individual level. As we expand our service offering, we strive to maintain that level of excellence and were delighted to see our immigration team receive their first rankings, this year.

We very much value our employees, believing that people development is key, and were delighted to offer promotions to six individuals in 2022, including Alison Garrow who will be promoted to partner. We recognise that our staff are the future of our business and it is for this reason that we converted to an Employee Ownership Trust model in 2019. This has created a greater sense of togetherness and our employees feel more involved and aligned to the success of the firm.

The organisation has come a long way in 25 years, and we strive to be a trusted adviser to our clients, tailoring our approach to ensure their needs are met. We will continue to invest in our people and expand our service offering, and are very much looking forward to continuing our journey of growth over the next 25 years.
