Doyle Clayton expands Bristol office with double partner hire
We’re delighted to announce the expansion of our Bristol office, with the appointment of Alison Cameron and Siobhan Fitzgerald as partners.
Joining from TLT LLP, Alison has over 20 years’ experience advising corporate clients on the full range of employment and workplace issues. She has a particular focus on reorganisations and restructures, TUPE transfers, sensitive workplace disputes and discrimination and equal pay tribunal litigation, bringing her exceptional client service skills to highly complex cases.
Siobhan is a former partner of TLT LLP, and she joins the Doyle Clayton team from UK Research and Innovation, where she was Head of Employment, Litigation and Regulatory. Siobhan is also a part time employment judge. She has over 20 years’ experience of advising corporate clients on employment matters and her expertise includes complex discrimination and whistleblowing, large restructures and industrial relations.
Doyle Clayton’s Bristol office opened in December 2024 and is co-headed by Harry Parker and Anne-Marie Boyle. The team has rapidly established its footprint in the region, supporting national and global clients on workplace employment law matters across the employment life cycle, from recruitment to exit and employment disputes, with a focus on financial services, technology and property sectors as well as offering local market knowledge.
Harry Parker said: "Alison and Siobhan's appointments reflect Doyle Clayton's growth and ambition as we invest in building one of the most dynamic workplace practices in the region. Our plan was always to build a first-class leadership team here in Bristol. Both these highly respected and talented lawyers bring exceptional legal expertise and strategic commercial insight in advising senior clients and international business on complex workplace issues – particularly as more clients seek to navigate the changing landscape of the Employment Rights Bill.”
Alison adds, “I couldn’t be joining Doyle Clayton at a more exciting time. I’ve been so impressed with what Harry and Anne-Marie have achieved in the region in such a short space of time and this really speaks to the firm’s commitment to clients, its people and its entrepreneurial and collaborative culture. Working closely with Siobhan again means together, we can hit the ground running and start contributing to the firm’s success.
