Data Protection Subject Access Code Updated
The Data Protection Subject Access Code, published in August 2013, has been revised.
The new version of the Code clarifies a number of points which the Information Commissioner’s Office received questions about, following publication of the original Code. This includes clarification on how much information to provide in response to repeated subject access requests.
