Hannah works with both organisations and individuals advising them on employment law and related issues.

Hannah advises employers on a range of issues including disciplinary, performance, flexible and remote working. She is skilled in drafting employment contracts, workplace policies and settlement agreements. In addition, she advises on the enforcement of restrictive covenants, as well as assisting in High Court claims relating to “team moves” and misuse of confidential information. Hannah also works on litigation within the Employment Tribunal for a range of claims such as unfair dismissal, discrimination and failures relating to TUPE and redundancy procedures.

Hannah qualified at a large global firm and is knowledgeable in dealing with international matters. Hannah has particular experience within the sectors of insurance, financial and professional services, and technology.
