Her clients include firms operating in the regulated financial services sector, many other regulated businesses, professional services firms and individuals operating in highly scrutinised environments.

Benedicte is widely recognised for her expertise across a broad range of regulatory specialisms, including governance, regulatory reporting, rule interpretation, enforcement action, whistleblowing, individual accountability, and systems and controls, as well as related areas such as AML and compliance. She also supports clients with anticipating and advising on regulatory developments, and assessing litigation and enforcement risk arising from specific circumstances.

She has significant experience leading and advising on investigations, including planning and governance, defining scope and terms of reference, managing document reviews and interviews, advising on privilege and reporting considerations, and supporting clients following the conclusion of investigations and next steps. Benedicte is frequently instructed on whistleblowing matters and investigations involving allegations of non‑financial misconduct, including bullying, harassment and discrimination, as well as internal investigations concerning senior individuals and partners.
