Alison qualified as a solicitor and specialised in employment in 2001, working at DAC Beachcroft and TLT LLP prior to joining Doyle Clayton in 2025. She advises employers on all people related matters, including reorganisations and restructures, TUPE transfers, industrial relations, discrimination and equal pay, as well as providing sector-tailored training and workshops to support People teams in their implementation of employment law. Alison has extensive experience in defending employment tribunal claims, as well as negotiating settlements.
Alison advises across a variety of business sectors, including financial services, logistics and outsourcing, retail, real estate, manufacturing and construction. She works with her clients, listening carefully to their aims and objectives, to find practical solutions in the context of wider commercial and strategic considerations.

- Lead lawyer advising public listed company on sensitive grievance and associated complex disability discrimination tribunal claim.
