Olivia is a solicitor who advises employers and individuals on a full range of employment issues.
She works with clients across a number of sectors, including financial services, media, and healthcare, advising on senior exits, negotiating settlement agreements, and drafting employment contracts and workplace policies.
Olivia also regularly represents employers and employees in the Employment Tribunal and High Court proceedings, with experience in whistleblowing, discrimination and unfair dismissal claims.
