Leah is a newly qualified solicitor, specialising in corporate law, assisting with a range of corporate matters including corporate finance, employee incentives, employee ownership trusts and M&A transactions.
Specialising in start-up law during her training contract, Leah has worked with a variety of companies across a multitude of sectors and is experienced with dealing with funding rounds at all stages. Having worked as an employment law paralegal for over three years, Leah understands the intricacies of the employer-employee relationship and is therefore well-placed to assist employers and employees alike with their corporate law needs.
Leah was previously an executive committee member of the Junior Lawyers Division of the Law Society of England and Wales, and won ‘Paralegal of the Year’ at the inaugural Paralegal of the Year Awards in 2019.
Leah speaks Spanish and German and read Law with Hispanic Law at the University College London, with a year studying Spanish law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
