Hannah is an Associate solicitor who advises both organisations and individuals on all areas of UK employment law.

Hannah assists organisations with complex disciplinary issues and grievances, redundancies processes and settlement agreements, performance issues, sickness absences (including long-term disability related sickness), and senior executive exit arrangements. She has experience both advising in relation to these processes as well as drafting and/or updating internal policies. Hannah also provides bespoke training for HR and in-house legal teams.

Additionally, Hannah has experience of drafting and reviewing employment contracts for both junior and senior employees, director’s service agreements, consultancy agreements and staff handbooks.

In relation to both employers and employees, Hannah has experience with employment tribunal litigation, including acting for both individuals and organisations in claims for unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, automatic unfair dismissal, sex, race and disability discrimination, whistleblowing and TUPE.

Hannah’s work also includes advising individuals on the terms of settlement agreements and negotiating enhanced terms. She is also experienced in drafting grievances including issues relating to bullying and harassment and discriminatory conduct, in addition to defending/challenging disciplinary and/or capability proceedings brought against individuals.
