We understand that pensions advice now involves significantly more than just advising on compliance and black letter law matters and we aim to partner closely with our clients to help them achieve their commercial objectives.
We have extensive experience in advising clients on the full spectrum of pensions issues in the market, from liability management and risk reduction exercises, to matters involving the Pensions Regulator and the PPF, to employment related advice for high earners and the legal and compliance framework of pensions auto-enrolment.
Our team is led by Andrew Campbell who has over 10 years’ experience in practice at City firms.
Andrew’s team offers a full range of services, including drafting and amending scheme documentation, assisting with benefit redesign exercises (and the related consultation requirements), advising on pension funding issues, and advising on ongoing compliance and risk management and regulatory matters. Andy also advises client on the pensions implications of corporate transactions and reorganisations, including pension issues arising under TUPE transfers, as well as advising on public sector pensions matters, including issues arising on participation and managing exit liabilities on termination.
