Priya advises on all areas of employment law often working closely with HR. She advises a range of clients across sectors, and has a particular interest in retail given her secondment to the in-house legal team of a global retailer.
Priya’s practice encompasses all areas of employment law, including redundancy, restructurings, discrimination, unfair dismissal, and litigation. She is experienced in providing day-to-day advisory support to clients as well as advising on longer term HR projects. Her expertise includes advising on non-executive and executive directorships, senior arrival arrangements, and senior/sensitive termination situations as well as drafting a wide range of employment related documentation such as service agreements, consultancy agreements, and fixed term or zero hour contracts.

Priya qualified in September 2011. Prior to joining Doyle Clayton in 2013, she was a member of the employment team of a leading international law firm. Priya has published articles in a number of employment and HR publications including HR Magazine and Tolleys Employment Law Newsletters and regularly attends employment law and HR conferences.
