Melanie qualified as a solicitor specialising in employment law in September 2004. She joined Doyle Clayton in 2009.
Melanie has over 12 years experience in advising on a very broad range of employment related issues, including drafting contracts and policy documents at the start of an employment relationship, advising on issues which might arise in the course of employment, terminating contracts of employment and representing clients in employment related litigation which might arise. She has a particular interest in drafting and advising on post termination restrictions and TUPE.
