Karen Williams

Having joined in 2000 as an Office Junior, Karen has progressed through the Firm to become our Head of Administration. In 2016 she became our first non-lawyer Shareholder.

Karen is responsible for the day to day running of all of our offices and a wide range of administrative duties including the recruitment and management of support staff, employee payroll, pensions and other benefits, management of all IT and telecommunications systems and management of office facilities and third party suppliers.  

Karen is also responsible for the opening of new offices and any offices moves/refurbishments.
