Jane is a CIPD qualified, seasoned senior HR professional who has worked successfully in both the UK and EMEA where for nearly 20 years she has delivered structural and cultural complex change across a variety of fast paced sectors, including IT, Cyber, Telecommunications, Oil and NFP organisations.
During this time she has been a trusted strategic partner to CEO’s and senior management teams within fast paced business environments where she has led change management and organisational (re)design projects, managed due diligence projects leading to successful acquisitions, managed HR systems integrations and also day to day employee relations.
At the heart of her success, is a common sense, commercially sound and no nonsense approach to complex HR issues combined with the ability to enable and motivate managers and teams so that they work together constructively towards common goals. With her broad experience, Jane is also adept at identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs which has led to significant efficiencies as well as bottom line savings.
