Darren is a founder partner of Doyle Clayton. He has developed particular expertise in restrictive covenant disputes, team moves and business transfers, reorganisation issues including TUPE, and senior executive terminations and disputes.
Over the last 30 years Darren has advised on all areas of employment law including both contentious and non-contentious issues. He has considerable experience of acting for both corporate and individual clients and has in recent years spent much time advising on complex contractual negotiations and disputes with a particular focus on shareholder disputes and complex employee reward arrangements. Darren was Senior Partner during the period 2017 to 2020 and now holds the title of Co-Founder to reflect his unique contribution to the business since 1995 when Doyle Clayton was formed.
