Alexandra is a Solicitor in our Reading office. She specialises in contentious and non-contentious employment law acting for both employers and individuals. Alexandra trained in the Thames Valley prior to joining Doyle Clayton in April 2018.
Alexandra studied English at Royal Holloway, University of London, before going on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Law at Oxford Brookes University and her Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice where she obtained commendations. Alexandra qualified as a Solicitor in March 2018. Prior to joining Doyle Clayton, she was a trainee solicitor at a firm in Reading where she gained a broad range of legal experience and completed her final seat in their employment department.
Alexandra advises both corporates and individuals and has experience in assisting with a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including all aspects of Employment Tribunal litigation, settlement agreements, employment contracts and day-to-day workplace issues, including grievance and disciplinary procedures. During her training she developed a particular interest in discrimination related disputes.

Alexandra is a member of the Employment Lawyers' Association and also sits on the committee of the Junior Lawyers Division for Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire
