He co-founded Doyle Clayton in 1997 and, as Senior Partner, has overseen the growth of the firm into one of the UK's leading employment law practices, building an enviable and loyal base of both corporate and individual clients for whom he has acted across the full range of employment law matters.
Peter has over 25 years experience and focuses in particular on executive terminations and disputes, bonus related issues, TUPE and business reorganisations, team move and restrictive covenant disputes, arbitration and partnership disputes.
Peter is a member of the Association of Partnership Practitioners, the Employment Lawyers Association and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
