We are delighted to announce that Andrew Campbell joined Doyle Clayton on 16 May as a partner and our new Head of Pensions. Andrew has over 10 years’ experience in pensions law, gained at two major City law firms, advising both corporates and trustees.

Andrew has developed a practice focused on assisting sponsors of defined benefit (DB) schemes in managing the legal and regulatory risks associated with these arrangements, through scheme closures, benefit redesign proposals, the associated employment and consultation aspects of these changes and other liability management exercises.

Andrew also has extensive experience in assisting clients with the growth of defined contribution (DC) arrangements, such as the introduction of mastertrusts, pensions governance vehicles and life assurance schemes. He also helps clients comply with recent changes to the pensions tax regime and pensions auto-enrolment obligations.

Andrew is praised by clients for the ability to deliver complex pensions advice in simple, plain English terms and has been recognised in the Legal 500 as 'knowing his stuff on pensions, and getting to the heart of the matter commercially'.

If you would like to discuss any pensions issues affecting your business or find out more about how Andrew can help, please do contact him on 0207 3299090 or email him at acampbell@doyleclayton.co.uk
